THAT Richard Gwozdowski be appointed as Chair of the Police Services Board for the remainder of the 2019 calendar year.

THAT Heather Campbell be appointed as Vice-Chair of the Police Services Board for the remainder of the 2019 calendar year.

THAT the agenda for the Police Services Board meeting of October 1, 2019 be confirmed.

THAT the Police Services Board minutes from the meeting held June 27, 2019 be adopted.

THAT the discussion regarding the Community Safety and Wellbeing Plan funding for year one (2019) be received; and THAT the PSB fund year one (2019) of the Community Safety and Wellbeing Plan through the Criminal Record Check revenue up to a maximum of $4000.00 be approved.

THAT the verbal report of the Detachment Commander related to Part V (Complaints) and Section 49 (Secondary Employment) of the Ontario Police Services Act be received.

THAT the Detachment's Police Services Board Report to Prince Edward County be received.

THAT the verbal reports from the Police Services Board Members be received including the following items: - Attendees of the October 30th, Section 10 training in Carleton Place - Planet Youth discussion - Implementation of CCTV cameras in PEC - COSP, Intersection program - Thank you - Highway 62 & County Road 1, Collision concerns - PSB meeting logistics going forward - Zone 2 meeting host, fall 2021 - 2020 Strategic Plan - 2020 Staff Sergeant Evaluation and further; THAT the Prince Edward County Police Services Board host the fall 2020 Zone 2 meeting.
