THAT nominations for the position of Vice-Chair be closed.

THAT Stuart Houlahan be appointed as Chair of the Accessibility Advisory Committee pursuant to the Terms of Reference; and THAT Sarah Moffatt be appointed as Vice-Chair of the Accessibility Advisory Committee pursuant to the Terms of Reference.

THAT the agenda for the Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting of March 18, 2025 be confirmed.

THAT the minutes from the Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting held January 16, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT the deputation by Shannon Coull, Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation & Lina Rinaldi, Quinte Health regarding the accessibility plans for the new Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital be received.

THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee discussion of the non-profit sector 'Forward Together' Networking Event - October 2025 be received; and Page 3 of 5 Accessibility Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes of March 18, 2025 Circulated to Council on April 8, 2025 THAT Martha Heder and Sarah Moffatt work with the Deputy Clerk to organize the 2025 'October Forward Together' Networking Event, and report back with a plan at the May 5, 2025 meeting.

THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee discussion on 2025 National AccessAbility Week planning be received.

THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee endorses the Site Plan and Planning Applications Working Group submission for Planning File Review SP-18-24 - West Meadows - Block 44, Plan 47M-27 - Town of Picton.

THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee discussion on the Work Plan be received.
