THAT the minutes of the Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting held March 18, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT the presentation by Anne VanVlack, Vital Signs Coordinator, The County Foundation, regarding the Vital Signs Focus Report be received.

THAT the clause no. 3 be deferred until feedback can be received by the Access the County Task Team members, Caroline Reiss and Olivia Timm. 3. THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee endorse using $2,000 of the funds allocated to accessibility projects through the 2025 Tourism Management Plan (TMP) budget to facilitate the continuation of Access the County educational presentations.

SP-01-25 - Lakeview Cottages - 5738 County Road 1; and 2. THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee endorses the Site Plan and Planning Applications Working Group submission for Site Plan Control application no. SP-02-25 - Choice REIT (No Frills) - 13287 Loyalist Parkway.

THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee discussion on the Work Plan be received.
