THAT the presentation by Karen Palmer, Economic Development Officer, regarding the Economic Development Action Plan be received.

THAT the Agriculture Advisory Committee discussion regarding the draft Municipal Right of Way By-Law be received.

THAT the Agriculture Advisory Committee discussion regarding the Prince Edward Federation of Agriculture resolution regarding Noxious Weeds be received.

THAT the Agriculture Advisory Committee recommends Council direct staff to explore adding waterhemp, Canada fleabane, and Palmer amaranth to the County's list of Prohibited Local Weeds and Invasive Plants.

THAT the Agriculture Advisory Committee endorses the Agriculture Planning Working Group submissions for Planning File Review - Draft Plan of Subdivision Application - File Number 13-T-24-504 (Base 31) County Road 22 and Kingsley Road; and THAT the Agriculture Advisory Committee endorses the Agriculture Planning Working Group submission for General Official Plan Amendment (OPA) File Number: OPA-05- 24; and THAT the Agriculture Advisory Committee discussion regarding Official Plan Amendment (OPA) Shore Land Designation - File Number: OPA-04-24 be received.
