THAT nominations for Chair be closed.

THAT nominations for Vice-Chair be deferred to the April 7, 2025 Agriculture Advisory Committee meeting.

THAT Bob Rogers be appointed Chair of the Agriculture Advisory Committee pursuant to the Terms of Reference.

THAT the presentation by Ben Thornton, Council & Committee Coordinator, regarding Advisory Boards & Committees Procedures and Best Practices be received.

THAT Chair Rogers be appointed by the Committee to complete the necessary sign permit application to the Ontario Ministry of Transportation regarding the installation of Slow Moving Vehicle Signs on Highway 33 and Highway 62.

THAT the Agriculture Advisory Committee endorse the submission of the Planning Working Group regarding Official Plan Amendment (OPA) - Shore Land Designation File Number: OPA-04-24.

THAT the Committee discussion regarding the draft 2024 Agriculture Advisory Committee Annual Report to Council be received; and THAT the report be presented by the Chair at the April 10, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting.

THAT the Committee discussion regarding the effects of proposed tariffs on the agriculture sector be received.

THAT the Agriculture Advisory Committee discussion on the Work Plan be received.
