THAT the agenda for the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee meeting of May 7, 2025 be confirmed.

THAT the minutes from the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee meeting held April 2, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee discussion regarding repairs to the Old Boys' Memorial Entrance roof be received.

THAT the comment from the audience be received.

THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee discussion regarding the Community Heritage Ontario 2025 conference be received.

THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee discussion regarding Heritage Conservation District signage be received.

THAT Heritage Permit Application HP-04-25 for 192 Picton Main Street be received; THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee approve Heritage Permit Application HP-04-25 for 192 Picton Main Street; THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee recommends that Council approve a Heritage Grant for Heritage Permit Application HP-04- 25 for 192 Picton Main Street for up to $5000.

THAT consideration of Heritage Permit Application HP-04-25 be deferred until the June 11, 2025 meeting of the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee to allow the applicant to address technical questions raised by the Heritage Permit Task Team.

THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee encourages the applicant to consider the recommendations made by the Heritage Permit Task Team when submitting an application for a Heritage Permit.

THAT the updates from the Working Group and Task Teams be received.

THAT the updated Master List of Permits be received.

THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee discussion on the Work Plan be received.
