THAT the minutes from the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee meeting held June 11, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT the comments from the audience be received.

THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee discussion regarding the notice of intent to demolish Buildings 53 and 54 at Base 31 be received.

THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee recommend Council direct staff to explore the relocation or removal of the gazebo and inukshuk sculpture near the Old Boys' Memorial Entrance and return to a future Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee meeting with recommendations.

THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee motion regarding Heritage Permit Application HP-12-25 for 6 Waupoos Island Lane be deferred Page 3 of 5 Minutes of the July 2, 2025 Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee Meeting Circulated to Council on July 22, 2025 pursuant to section 12.3 of the Procedural By-Law to a future Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee meeting to provide the applicants time to provide more information to support their application.

THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee endorse the comments submitted by the Heritage Permit Task Team regarding Heritage Permit Applications: 1. HP-05-25 for 172 Picton Main Street; and 2. HP-09-25 for 155 Picton Main Street.

THAT the updated Master List of Permits be received.

THAT the updates from the Working Group and Task Teams be received.

THAT the discussion on the Work Plan be received.

THAT reviewing providers of insurance for heritage designated properties be added to the Committee's Work Plan.
