THAT the agenda for the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee meeting of March 4, 2026 be confirmed.

THAT the minutes of the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee meeting held on February 4, 2026 be adopted.

THAT the time allotted for the comment from the audience be extended by five minutes.

THAT the comment from the audience be received.

THAT Janice Gibbins and Edwin Rowse be directed to meet with Planning staff to offer assistance developing a Work Plan for the Cultural Heritage Master Plan as in Council Motion 2026-76.

THAT the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee discussion regarding the Cultural Heritage Master Plan update be received.

THAT the Committee endorses the use of Vic West roofing products in the replacement of the roof of the Crystal Palace; and THAT the Heritage Permit Task Team be directed to develop a list of heritage considerations for pre-consultation on Heritage Permits for municipally-owned heritage designated properties.
