Committee of Adjustment

THAT the agenda for the Committee of Adjustment meeting of March 18, 2026 be confirmed.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment Minutes from the meeting held on November 19, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT report DS-24-2026 for lands described as Pt Lt 70K Pl 8 Pt 1 47R6423; Wellington; be approved for the following reasons: 1. The proposed variance is minor in nature; 2. The proposed development is appropriate & desirable; 3. The proposed development meets the intent of the Official Plan, as amended; and 4. That the proposed development meets the intent of the Comprehensive Zoning By- Law 1816-2006, as amended.

THAT report DS-22-2026 of Development Services dated March 18, 2026 regarding Minor Variance File No. A1-26 be received; and THAT report DS-22-2026 for lands being described as Part of Lots 1364, 1365, 1368, 1369, 1415, 1416, 1421, 1427, 1428, 1429, 1430, 1435, 1437, 1438, 1441, 1442, 1444, 1445, 1446, 1447, 1456, 1457, 1458, 1469, 1470, 1471, 1472, 1473, 1474, 1492, 1493, 1494, 1496, 1497, 1498, and all the Lots 1422, 1436, 1439, 1440 and 1441, Registered Plan 24, Ward of Picton, County of Prince Edward; be approved for the following reasons: 1. The proposed development meets the intent of the Official Plan, as amended; 2. That the proposed development meets the intent of the Comprehensive Zoning By- Law 1816-2006, as amended; 3. The proposed variance is minor in nature; and 4. The proposed development is appropriate & desirable.
