THAT agenda item 6.3 regarding the Road Network Asset Management Planning for Urban Roads be removed from the agenda.

THAT the rules of the Procedural By-Law Part 6(2) be waived to permit an additional deputation on the Athol Town Hall daycare opportunity.

THAT the agenda, as amended for the Committee of the Whole meeting of May 23, 2024 be confirmed.

THAT the deputation by Dominique Jones, The County Foundation regarding the community grants review be received.

THAT the deputation by Susan Wallis regarding the Athol Town Hall daycare opportunity be received.

THAT the deputation by Stacey Stanford, Executive Director regarding the potential Athol Town Hall daycare lease be received.

THAT the deputation by Nicola Chapman regarding the potential Athol Town Hall daycare lease be received.

THAT the comments from the audience be received.

1. THAT Council receive report CSP-15-2024; and 2. THAT Council direct staff to consult with the not-for-profit/community groups sector on the proposed amendments to FIN-09 Community Grants Policy as attached to this report and return to Council with final recommendations prior to the 2025 budget deliberations.
