THAT the agenda for the Committee of the Whole meeting of June 13, 2024 be confirmed.

THAT the deputation by Don Lyons, Prince Edward County Lions Club regarding permission to hold a "road toll" on Stanley Street, Bloomfield for the long weekend Monday in July, August, September and October 2024 be received.

THAT the request for a "road toll" fundraising event on Stanley Street, Bloomfield for the long weekend Monday in July, August, September and October be approved for the remainder of the term of Council (2026); and THAT the Prince Edward County Lions Club work with the Operational Services Department to action.

THAT the deputation by Kiydan Zachariah, Greater Than County Youth Collective regarding Delhi Park 2034 - Accessibility, Community Connections + Active Transportation Plan be received.

THAT the presentation by Victoria Taylor, Principal VTLA Studio regarding the Delhi Park 2034 - Accessibility, Community Connections + Active Transportation Plan be received.

THAT the comments form the audience be received.

Committee of the Whole Minutes June 13, 2024 Adopted as circulated to Council on June, 25, 2024 THAT Council declare the Delhi Park Community Connections a Project of Community Interest to support capital improvement projects as outlined in the Delhi Park 2034 Plan for the purposes of receiving donations and issuing official donation receipts for income tax purposes.

1. THAT Council receive report CSPI-13-2024; 2. THAT capital project INI-0207 continue as planned in the 2024 budget and no further action be taken to change the vehicle use of the York Street Laneway; and 3. THAT a letter be drafted on behalf of the municipality explaining to the Picton Business Improvement Association how the York Street Laneway can be used for pedestrian-use for special events or temporary uses.

1. THAT Council receive report CLS-13-2024; 2. THAT Council direct staff to return to Council prior to the 2025 budget with progress towards a multi-year Plan for Urban and Rural Roads to inform future capital expenditures.
