THAT the agenda be amended to permit announcements from the Chair. Committee of the Whole Minutes February 13, 2025 Adopted as circulated to Council on February 25, 2025

THAT the agenda as amended for the Committee of the Whole meeting of February 13, 2025 be confirmed.

THAT in accordance with Part 6(7) of the Procedural By-law the time allotted for the presentation by Irene Harris be extended to allow the presenter to complete their presentation.

THAT the presentation by Irene Harris, Chair, Accessibility Advisory Committee regarding the 2024 annual update and report to Council be received.

THAT the comment from the audience be received.

1. THAT report CLS-12-2025 of the Corporate and Legislative Services Department regarding the 2022-2026 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan - 2024 Progress Report be received; and 2. THAT staff be directed to report back in Q2 2026 with the 2025 Progress Report on the 2022-2026 Accessibility Plan.

THAT staff be requested to report with all viable options for the operation of the Picton Marina in 2025.

1. THAT report CLS-11-2025 of the Corporate and Legislative Services Department be received; 2. THAT the Council of the County of Prince Edward hereby requests notice be provided to Aird & Berlis, LLP to finalize any current or existing files and to terminate the contract for interim Integrity Commissioner services effective February 25, 2025, save and except for the continuation of any files until completion; Committee of the Whole Minutes February 13, 2025 Adopted as circulated to Council on February 25, 2025 3. THAT Council appoint David Boghosian as the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward's Integrity Commissioner, in accordance with the Municipal Act, to carry out this mandate, and any additional duties that may be placed upon the Integrity Commissioner by legislation; 4. THAT a by-law confirming the appointment of David Boghosian as the Integrity Commissioner for the provision of Integrity Commissioner Services until February 25, 2029 be brought forward for approval at the February 25, 2025 Council meeting; and 5. THAT upon appointment as Integrity Commissioner, David Boghosian collaborate with the Clerk's Office to organize a refresher/introduction training session with Council on the role of the Integrity Commissioner, the Code of Conduct and the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act.

THAT this meeting now adjourn at 2:31 p.m.
