THAT the time allotted for the deputation be extended by 5 minutes in accordance with Part 6 (7) of the Procedural By-Law.

THAT the deputation by Sarah Fox regarding Visit the County's financial update be received.

THAT the terms of reference for the internal Artificial Intelligence Governance Committee be amended to include two members of the public in an advisory role and that staff be directed to recruit for these positions.

1. THAT Council receive report FIN-10-2025 for information; and 2. THAT Council endorse the revised 2026 budget process and timeline, including the phased implementation of Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) best practices and the continued integration of asset management planning.

THAT Committee move into closed session to consider: 1. a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board in the Picton Industrial Park 2. personal matters about an identifiable individual regarding appointment to a ward recreation committee. Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (c) of the Municipal Act.

1. THAT Donna Kaye be appointed as a voting public member of the Athol Ward Recreation Committee for the term of Council or until reappointed; and 2. THAT a By-Law appointing Donna Kaye to the Athol Ward Recreation Committee be approved at the August 26, 2025 Council meeting.
