THAT Council direct staff to monitor for funding opportunities and return to Council in the event significant funding opportunities arise; and 4. THAT Council direct staff to offer backyard composter giveaways on a biennial basis. THAT clause 2 be amended to change the term of the Financial Accountability and Relationship Agreement with Visit The County to three (3) years.

THAT report CLS-39-2025 regarding the 2026 Municipal Election Update (Use of Corporate Resources Policy and Restricted Acts of Council By-Law) be received; 2. THAT Council approve a Delegated Authority By-Law to temporarily provide the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward with the ability to conduct certain business in the event of the Council being restricted in its authority pursuant to Section 275 of the Municipal Act for enactment the January 13, 2026 Council meeting; and 3. THAT Council approve the revised Use of Corporate Resources in an Election Policy, as listed on the agenda.

THAT Committee move into closed session to consider: 1. personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and labour relations or employee negotiations (staffing matter) Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (d) of the Municipal Act
