THAT the agenda for the Committee of the Whole meeting of Thursday March 12, 2026 be confirmed. Page 1 of 4 Minutes of the March 12, 2026, Committee of the Whole Meeting Adopted as circulated to Council on March 24, 2026

1. THAT Council receive report RCF-02-2026; 2. THAT Council approve the updated Ice Allocation Policy; 3. THAT Council direct staff to return to a future meeting to update the Fees & Charges Schedule to include a last-minute ice rate.

THAT section 3.2 be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: No person shall place or permit to be placed an election sign for a municipal election until the candidate has filed their nomination with the Clerk, or in the case of a Registered Third Party Advertiser, registered with the Clerk or designate, in accordance with the Municipal Elections Act; and in no event shall any election sign be placed prior to the close of the nomination period (August 24, 2026) in the year of the election.

1. THAT the Department Update to Council for H.J. McFarland Memorial Home be received for information.

THAT Committee move into closed session to consider: • a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board (potential land transfer and surplus property) Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (c) of the Municipal Act.

THAT this meeting now adjourn at 3:16 p.m.
