THAT the presentation by Ben Hicks and Ashtyn Nauffts regarding the Municipal Climate Intern program be received.

THAT the comments from the audience be received for information.

1. THAT report CSP-06-2026 regarding the Municipal Financial Relief Grant 2026 Guidelines be received; and 2. THAT Council approve the proposed 2026 guidelines for the Municipal Financial Relief Grant and direct staff to take necessary actions to implement the 2026 program according to these guidelines.

THAT report OPS-15-2026 regarding the Millennium Trail By-Law Update be referred to staff to comprehensively review the proposed Millennium Trail By-Law.

1. THAT report OPS-15-2026 regarding the Millennium Trail By-Law Update be received; 2. THAT a By-Law to Regulate the Use of the Prince Edward County Millennium Trail and Rescind By-Law 742-2001 ("The Millennium Trail By-Law"), as set out in Attachment 1 to this report, be approved, and brought forward for enactment at the next feasible Council meeting; 3. THAT staff be directed to apply to the Ontario Court of Justice for approval of set fines under Part I of the Provincial Offences Act for contraventions of the Millennium Trail By-Law, as set out in Attachment 2 to this report; and 4. THAT a By-Law to amend By-Law 4519-2019, being a By-Law to Establish a System of Administrative Penalties for Non-Compliance with By-Laws of the County of Prince Edward, to include the Millennium Trail as a Designated By-Law be approved and brought forward for enactment at the next feasible Council meeting.
