THAT the agenda for the Committee of the Whole meeting of Thursday June 11, 2026 be confirmed.

THAT the presentation by Andrea Clemencio, Vice-President, and Lena Dianda, Vice- President, Municipal VU Consulting Inc. regarding the Service Delivery and Organizational Review be received.

1. THAT report CAO-03-2026 regarding the Service Delivery and Organizational Review Final Report be received; and 2. THAT the Service Delivery and Organizational Review Final Report ("Final Report"), available as Attachment 1 to this report, be received.

THAT staff be directed to explore adding language to permit burn barrels during partial burn bans.

THAT Committee move into closed session to consider: • personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; • a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board (Service delivery and organizational review). THAT the Chief Administrative Officer be directed to further develop an implementation plan based on the opportunities in the Municipal VU Consulting Inc. regarding the Service Delivery and Organizational Review Final Report and periodically report back to Council for information.
