THAT Councillor MacNaughton be appointed as Chair of the Environmental Advisory Committee pursuant to the Terms of Reference. THAT Angus Ross be appointed as Vice-Chair of the Environmental Advisory Committee pursuant to the Terms of Reference.

THAT the updates from the Working Groups be received.

THAT green design guidelines be added to the Environmental Advisory Committee Work Plan.

THAT active transportation, including to schools, be added to the Environmental Advisory Committee Work Plan.
