Environmental Advisory Committee

THAT pursuant to Section 5.13 (1) of the Procedural By-Law, an item be added to the agenda following item 7.4 to consider a motion to approve an additional $200 from the Environmental Committee Reserve for the climate consultations and to renumber the subsequent agenda items accordingly.

THAT the agenda for the Environmental Advisory Committee meeting of April 1, 2025 be confirmed as amended.

THAT the minutes from the Environmental Advisory Committee meeting held March 4, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT the Environmental Advisory Committee discussion regarding sustainability design guidelines be received.

THAT the Environmental Advisory Committee discussion regarding establishing climate and environmental lenses be received.

THAT the Environmental Advisory Committee (EAC) recommend Council change the name of the EAC's Communications Working Group to the Education and Outreach Working Group and amend the Terms of Reference accordingly.

THAT the Environmental Advisory Committee recommend Council approve up to an additional $200 in spending from the Environmental Committee Reserve for the Climate Consultations, if needed.

THAT the updates from the Working Groups be received.

THAT the Environmental Advisory Committee discussion on the Work Plan be received.

THAT this meeting now adjourn at 5:32 p.m.
