Minutes of the June 18, 2026 O.P.P. Detachment Board Meeting Circulated to Council on July 21, 2026 THAT the agenda for the O.P.P. Detachment Board meeting of June 18, 2026 be confirmed.

THAT the minutes of the O.P.P. Detachment Board meeting held on April 18, 2026 be adopted as presented.

THAT the presentation from Kurstin Salisbury, Loyalist College Centre for Healthy Communities, Anne Van Vlack, Vital Signs and Hilary Fennell, Community Initiatives Coordinator regarding the status of the Community Safety and Well-Being Plan be received.

THAT the presentation from Lori Josephson, OPP, regarding the local detachment's marine operations program be received.

THAT the deputation from Vicki MacDonald, Acting Program Coordinator and Kerry Cole, Community Manager, St. Leonard's Hastings Prince Edward regarding the Youthreach Consent & Boundaries, Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships Program be received.

THAT the O.P.P. Detachment Board direct $5,000.00 from the Projects & Programs line in the 2026 Board's Operating Budget to St. Leonard's Hastings Prince Edward regarding the Youthreach Consent & Boundaries, Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships Program.

THAT the following be added as a second recommendation: THAT the O.P.P. Detachment Board direct $5,000.00 from the Projects & Programs line in the 2026 Board's Operating Budget to St. Leonard's Hastings Prince Edward regarding the Youthreach Consent & Boundaries, Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships Program.

THAT the Detachment Commander's Report to Prince Edward County be received.

THAT the verbal report of the Detachment Commander related to Part VIII (Complaints) and Section 89 (Secondary Activities) of the Ontario Community Safety & Policing Act be received.

THAT S. Casey Hill be appointed on behalf of the Board to undertake the annual performance monitoring and feedback process for the Detachment Commander, pursuant to Section 68(1)(d) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019.

THAT this meeting now adjourn at 11:18 a.m.
