THAT the draft Official Plan Amendment File No. OPA-04-23 By-Law be amended as follows: • replace the phrase as the primary area for growth of Picton to "as one of the primary areas for growth of Picton"; and • replace the phrase contemplate the provision of 5% of affordable and attainable housing to "require 5% for affordable/attainable housing".
