THAT the agenda for the Planning & Development Committee meeting of January 24, 2024 be confirmed.

THAT the presentation by Tim Belliveau, Project Manager, Stantec, and Sham Hunt, Project Manager, Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO), to address Committee regarding Highway 62 and Prince Edward County Road 1 Intersection Improvements Study be received.

THAT item 5.1 as listed on the agenda be approved by consent.

Planning & Development Committee Meeting Minutes January 24, 2024 Adopted as circulated to Council on January 30, 2024 1. THAT the report of the Development Services Department dated January 24, 2024 regarding Draft Plan of Subdivision File No. 13-T-22-501 and Zoning By-law Amendment File No. Z1-22 be received; and 2. THAT for the lands located at Lots 105 and 106, Concession 4, Ward of Ameliasburgh. Plan of Subdivision File No. 13T-22-501 be given draft approval subject to conditions of draft approval; and 3. THAT Zoning Application File No.: Z1-22 for the lands described as Lots 105 and 106, Concession 4, Ward of Ameliasburgh be approved.

1. THAT Council receive report DS-02-2024 of Development Services dated January 24, 2024 regarding a road assumption By-law, as shown in Attachment 1; and 2. THAT Council approve the attached Road Assumption By-Law.

THAT the items approved under Delegated Authority By-Law 98-2020, as amended be received for information.

THAT the meeting now adjourn at 8:20 p.m.
