Planning and Development Committee Meeting

THAT the agenda for the Planning & Development Committee meeting of October 16, 2024 be confirmed.

THAT item 4.1 and 4.2 as listed on the agenda be approved by consent.

THAT the time allotted to the applicant and persons representing the applicant with respect to the application be extended pursuant to section 9.5 (2) of the Procedural By-Law.

THAT the meeting be extended past three (3) hours in accordance with section 5.15. (1) of the Procedural By-Law.

THAT the report of the Development Services Department dated October 16, 2024 regarding Draft Plan of Subdivision File No. 13-T-24-503 and Zoning By-law Amendment File No. Z10-24 be received; and 2. THAT for the lands located at Part of Lots 21 and 22, Concession 3 Military Tract, Township of Hallowell, Plan of Subdivision File No. 13T-21- 503 be approved; and 3. THAT Zoning Application File No.: Z21-21 for the lands described as Part of Lots 21 and 22, Concession 3 Military Tract, Township of Hallowell, be approved.
