Planning Committee Meeting

THAT the agenda for the Planning Committee meeting of October 21, 2020 be amended to reverse the order of item 7.1 - Picton Terminals and 7.2, - Stinson Block Road, and as amended be confirmed.

THAT Council now move into Planning Committee for the purposes of hearing statutory public meetings with respect to planning applications held in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act.

THAT information report DS-138/2020 of Development Services dated October 21, 2020 regarding Zoning By-Law Amendment File No. Z58-20, be received; and THAT a Report with a Recommendation for decision for Zoning Amendment File No.: Z58-20 (1924484 Ontario Inc.) for lands located in Lot 10B Plan 8; Part Lot 197 b Plan 8 Part 1 47R1603; Ward 3 (Wellington), be brought forward to a future meeting reflecting the public feedback from this statutory meeting.

THAT information report DS-137/2020 of Development Services dated October 21, 2020 regarding Consent File Nos.: B45-20 and Zoning By-Law Amendment File No. Z38-20, be received; and THAT a recommendation for decision be brought forward to a future meeting reflecting the public feedback from this statutory meeting.

THAT information report DS-141/2020 of Development Services dated October 21, 2020 regarding Zoning By-Law Amendment File No. Z57-20, be received; and THAT a Report with a Recommendation for decision for Zoning Amendment File No.: Z57-20 (Huijin Lee) for lands located in Part Lot 21 Concession 3 Military Tract Part 1 47R7564; Ward 2 (Bloomfield/Hallowell) be brought forward to a future meeting reflecting the public feedback from this statutory meeting.

THAT Planning Committee now rise and resume sitting as Council.

THAT the report of the Development Services department dated October 21, 2020 regarding Draft Plan of Subdivision File No. 13T-19-505 and Zoning By-law Amendment File No. Z70-19 be referral to the November 4,2020 planning Committee meeting.

THAT in accordance with Section 5.16 (1) of the Procedure By-law, the Council meeting continue beyond the three-hour time limit.

THAT the following By-laws be read a first, second and third time and finally passed: 8.1.1 A By-law to Amend County Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 1816-2006, as Amended (Stinson Block)

THAT the following By-law be read a first, second and third time and finally passed A By-law to Confirm the Proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward at the meeting held on October 21, 2020
