THAT the oral submissions pertaining to Consent & Rezoning File No.: B15-25 & Z10-25 be received for information.

THAT the oral submissions pertaining to Consent & Rezoning File No.: Z65-20 be received for information.

THAT the Statutory Public Meetings held on February 4, 2026 adjourn at 8:22 p.m.

THAT conditions 2 (f) and (g) and 3 (f) and (g) be removed.

THAT condition 2 (g) be removed.

THAT File No.: 13-T-24-506 be deferred to a future meeting to provide the applicant more time.

1. THAT Report No. DS-06-2026 be received; 2. THAT Zoning By-law Amendment File No. Z21-25 for lands municipally addressed as 81 - 91 Picton Main Street and 15 Washburn Street, legally described as Firstly Lot 623 on Plan 24, Part 1 47R8233, Secondly Part Lot 624 Plan 24, As In PE15142, and Thirdly Part Lot 624, 621, 620, 619 and 618 Plan 24, Former Township of Picton be approved; 3. THAT a By-law to amend the County's Comprehensive Zoning By- law 140-2025 for the lands located at 81 - 91 Picton Main Street and 15 Washburn Street, in the Ward of Picton, as listed on the agenda, be approved.

1. THAT Council receive report DS-01-2026; 2. THAT Council endorse Official Plan Amendment 12 (File OPA-02-25) for a general amendment affecting all lands in the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward Minutes of the February 4, 2026 Planning & Development Committee Meeting Adopted as circulated to Council on February 10, 2026 3. THAT Staff forward Official Plan Amendment 12 to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for approval by the Minister, and, 4. THAT a By-Law to adopt Official Plan Amendment 12 be brought forward to Council following receipt of the Minister's approval.

THAT the items approved under Delegated Authority By-Law 98-2020, as amended, be received for information.

THAT the meeting now adjourn at 9:12 p.m.
