Each condition shall be fulfilled no later than two years from the date of mailing of the decision; 2. Approved Rezoning with all means of appeal exhausted, of the subject lands; 3. The County may not have clear title to the lands on Loyalist Parkway/County Road 33 that abuts the subject lands included in this proposal.
