THAT the agenda for the Planning & Development Committee meeting of April 15, 2026 be confirmed.

THAT the oral submissions pertaining to Consent & Rezoning File No.: B29-25 & Z23-25 be received for information.

THAT the oral submissions pertaining to Consent & Rezoning File No.: B27-25 & Z20-25 be received for information.

THAT the Statutory Public Meeting for Consent & Rezoning File No.: B1-26 & Z3-26 - 1309 County Road 8, Ward 8 (North Marysburgh) be deferred until such time as the requirements for giving notice pursuant to sections 21, 22, 34 and 51 the Planning Act can be met.

Minutes of the April 15, 2026 Planning & Development Committee Meeting Adopted as circulated to Council on May 12, 2026 THAT the oral submissions pertaining to Consent & Rezoning File No.: Z5-26 be received for information.

THAT the Statutory Public Meetings held on April 15, 2026 adjourn at 6:19 p.m.

THAT the comments from the audience on items on the agenda be received.

1. THAT report DS-05-2026 regarding Draft Plan of (Vacant Land) Condominium File No. 13-T-24-506 received; 2. THAT Draft Plan of Condominium File No. 13-T-24-506 for the lands described as Part Lot 30, Concession 3 Hillier Part 1 47R2017 & Part 1 47R3032 Except Part 1 47R7047, Ward of Hillier, be approved subject to the conditions contained in Attachment 1 - Draft Plan Conditions.

1. THAT report DS-28-2026 regarding Draft Plan of Subdivision (DPOS) File No.: 13-T-26-501 be received; and, 2. THAT Draft Plan of Subdivision File No. 13-T-26-501, for lands located at the termination of Navigation Drive, legally known as Firstly: Part Lot 77 Plan 3 Rossmore Ameliasburgh, being Parts 1-3 Registered Plan 47R- 8652; and Secondly: Part Lots 72-77 Plan 3 Rossmore Ameliasburgh, being Parts 1-3 Registered Plan 47R-8654 Except Parts 2,3,4 Registered Plan 47R-8729; and Thirdly: Lot 64 Plan 3 Rossmore Ameliasburgh & Part Lots 65-71 Plan 3 Rossmore Ameliasburgh, Part 1 Registered Plan 47R8653, Except Plan 47M14 & 47M16; Subject To An Easement In Gross As In EC38424; County Of Prince Edward be approved subject to the conditions contained in Attachment 1 - Conditions of Draft Plan Approval.

THAT Recommendation 2 conditions 4, 5, and 6 be amended to include the following sentence to the end of the condition: Where encumbrances are identified, the use of encroachment agreements may be utilized.

THAT Recommendation 2, condition 9 be removed its entirety. • The Owner agrees to pay the Municipality for parkland dedication as required per the Fees and Charges By-law (148- 2025), as amended, as total payment in-lieu of parkland dedication for the new lot created through Consent File No. B25-25

THAT the items approved under Delegated Authority By-Law 98-2020, as amended, be received for information.
