THAT the oral submissions pertaining to Consent & Rezoning File No.: B1-26 & Z3-26 be received for information.

THAT the Statutory Public Meetings held on May 20, 2026 adjourn at 6:18 p.m.

1. THAT report DS-36-2026 regarding Rezoning File No. Z5-26 be received; 2. THAT a By-Law to amend the County's Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 140-2025 for the lands described Pt Lt 1025, 1076 Plan 24 Part 1 47R5921 Part 147R2099 except Part 2 47R5921; Ward 1 (Picton), as listed on the agenda, be brought forward to the next feasible Council meeting.

1. THAT report DS-33-2026 regarding Official Plan Amendment File No. OPA- 01-26 be received; 2. THAT Official Plan Amendment File No. OPA-01-26 for all lands in the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward be approved; and 3. THAT a By-law to enact Official Plan Amendment 13 (File OPA-01-26) for a general amendment affecting all lands in the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward, as listed on this agenda, be brought to the next feasible Council meeting.

1. THAT staff be directed to bring forward information to address Council's concerns regarding minor zoning by-laws and delegation duties at the next feasible Committee of the Whole meeting.
