THAT Rick Gwozdowski be appointed as Chair of the Police Services Board for the 2020 year.

THAT Heather Campbell be appointed as Vice-Chair of the Police Services Board for the 2020 year.

THAT the agenda for the Police Services Board meeting of January 23, 2020 be confirmed.

THAT the Police Services Board minutes from the meeting held November 28, 2019 be adopted.

THAT the verbal report of the Detachment Commander related to Part V (Complaints) and Section 49 (Secondary Employment) of the Ontario Police Services Act be received.

THAT the Detachment's Police Services Board Report to Prince Edward County be received.

THAT the verbal reports from the Chair and Police Services Board Members be received.

THAT the Police Services Board now move into closed session for the purposes of reviewing intimate financial or personal matters or other matters may be disclosed of such a nature, having regard to the circumstances, that the desirability of avoiding their disclosure in the interest of any person affected or in the public interest outweighs the desirability of adhering to the principle that proceedings be open to the public, as per Section 35(4)(b) of the Police Services Act.
