THAT the agenda for the Police Services Board meeting of October 29, 2020 be confirmed.

THAT the Police Services Board minutes from the meeting held October 26, 2020 be adopted.

Police Services Board Minutes Monday, October 29, 2020 THAT the Police Services Board's review of the Community Safety and Well-being Working Group Terms of Reference be received; and THAT the Police Services Board strongly advises that the Community and Safety Wellbeing Plan Working Group report to the Police Services Board and not CEDC due to the legislative requirements related to CSWB planning from the Police Services Act, 1990 and synergies between the Board and first CSWB Plan; and THAT one (1) representative from 'All Welcome Here' be included in the Technical Membership of the CWSB Working Group Terms of Reference; and THAT the Police Services Board supports and endorses the Community Safety and Well-being Working Group Terms of Reference and refers them to Council for final approval.

THAT the discussion by Staff Sergeant, John Hatch on Black Cat Radar Detention Services be received.

THAT the discussion by Richard Gwozdowski, Chair, on the extension of the Prince Edward County Ontario Provincial Police Detachment Action Plan be received; and Police Services Board Minutes Monday, October 29, 2020 THAT the Prince Edward County Ontario Provincial Police Detachment Action Plan be extended until 2021; and THAT the new Prince Edward County Ontario Provincial Police Detachment Action Plan be adopted when complete.

THAT the update by Chad Curtis, Deputy Clerk, on the 2021 Police Services Board budget be received.

THAT the discussion on the Police Services Board Strategic Plan final invoice be received.

THAT the discussion by Richard Gwozdowski, Chair on phone charges related to Police Services Board Strategic Plan be deferred to the next meeting.

THAT the verbal report of the Detachment Commander related to Part V (Complaints) and Section 49 (Secondary Employment) of the Ontario Police Services Act be received.

THAT the Detachment's Police Services Board Report to Prince Edward County be received; and Police Services Board Minutes Monday, October 29, 2020 THAT the Police Services Board request an update from applicable County Staff on the number of legal cannabis grow operations in Prince Edward County, with addresses, be provided to the Police Services Board in the near future.

THAT the verbal reports from the Chair and Police Services Board Members be received.
