THAT the presentation from Noah Lister-Stevens, Policy Analyst and Emily Cowan, Program Supervisor regarding the Police Services Board Strategic Plan be received.

THAT the update by Richard Gwozdowski on the Police Services Board budget be received.

THAT the Police Services Board's discussion on the proposed regulations under the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, be received.

THAT the Police Services Board's discussion on the OPP detachment board proposals be deferred to the next meeting.

THAT the update from County staff on the False Alarm Registry be deferred to the next meeting; and THAT County staff be directed to attend the next meeting and provide an update to the Board on the False Alarm Registry.

THAT the update by Chair Rick Gwozdowski on the Community Safety & Well- Being Working Group be received; THAT the Board requests that Council approve the extension of the Community Safety & Well-Being Plan to October 2022.

THAT the update on the OAPSB Zone 2 Conference be received.

THAT the update on Black Cat Radar purchases be received.

THAT the Police Services Board's discussion on the Prince Edward County Ontario Provincial Police Detachment Commander Performance Appraisal be deferred to the next meeting.
