THAT the agenda for the Police Services Board meeting of December 2, 2021 be confirmed.

THAT the Police Services Board minutes from the meeting held November 4, 2021 be adopted.

THAT the introduction of Karl Thomas, Chief Superintendent be received.

THAT the Board's discussion on training opportunities for municipal staff on the Police Services Act, be received; and THAT the special PSB meeting held on January 13, 2021 be mandatory for all Board members.

THAT the update by Chair Richard Gwozdowski on the Board's budget be received.

THAT the Board's discussion on the 2022 OPP Annual Billing Statement be received; and THAT the Board refers the inclusion of the proposed 2022 OPP policing budget costs to Council for consideration during the 2022 budget deliberations.

THAT the verbal report of the Detachment Commander related to Part V (Complaints) and Section 49 (Secondary Employment) of the Ontario Police Services Act be received.

THAT the Detachment's Police Services Board Report for October 2021 to Prince Edward County be received.

THAT this meeting now adjourn at 11:32 a.m.
