Public Report of Closed

1. THAT Council receive report HD-25-2023; and 2. THAT Council resolve that a portion of the parcel of Municipal land, identified by Roll numbers 135003003008800 and 135003003008900, located on Bowery Street and part of Delhi Park, Picton, as outlined in blue on the attached sketch, be declared surplus to the needs of the municipality for the purpose of divestiture in accordance with the Sale and Disposition By-Law 3183-2013; and 3. THAT Council approve the sale of a portion of the parcel of Municipal land, identified in Roll numbers 135003003008800 and 135003003008900, located on Bowery Street and part of Delhi Park, Picton to Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings in the amount of $31,362.90.
