THAT the resignation by Alexandra Bake from the Picton Business Improvement Association Board of Management (BIA) be received with regret; THAT a letter of appreciation be sent to Alexandra Bake; THAT staff be directed to bring forward a motion in open session to appoint Krystal Campbell as a voting public member of the Picton BIA Board of Management for the term of Council or until reappointed; and THAT the By-Law to appoint Krystal Campbell be approved at the June 13, 2023 Council meeting.
