THAT the oral submissions pertaining to planning application no. OPA-02-24 & Z12-24 be received for information.

THAT the oral submissions pertaining to planning application no. 13-T-22-503, OPA-03-22 & Z43-22 be received for information.

THAT the Statutory Public Meetings held on March 5, 2025 adjourn at 7:46 p.m. Planning & Development Committee Special Meeting Minutes March 5, 2025 Adopted as circulated to Council on March 11, 2025

THAT the comments from the audience on items listed under Items for Consideration be received.

THAT the time allotted to the applicant and persons representing the applicant with respect to the application be extended for an additional five (5) minutes pursuant to section 9.4 (2) of the Procedural By-Law.

THAT Rezoning File No.: Z9-24 - Campfire Circle - 565 Wesley Acres Road; Ward 2 (Bloomfield/Hallowell) be exempt from the Shore Land Interim Control By-Law.

THAT the meeting be extended past three (3) hours in accordance with section 5.15. (1) of the Procedural By-Law.
