THAT Council approve a By-Law designating the property owned by The Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation and municipally known as 230 Niles Street, Wellington, Ontario as a Municipal Capital Facility at the November 14, Council meeting; 3. THAT this designation be implemented by way of a Municipal Capital Facilities Agreement By-Law between the County and The Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation; 4. THAT Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer and The Treasurer to execute the Municipal Capital Facilities By-Law Agreement with The Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation, substantially in the form attached to this report, exempting the property municipally known as 230 Niles Street, Wellington, Ontario from taxation for municipal and school purposes in the amount of $19,874.88 paid for the 2023 tax year and from taxation for municipal and school purposes annually for the duration of the Agreement; 5. THAT the Clerk be directed to notify the Minister of Finance, the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, and the secretary of any school board which includes the land exempted from taxation, of the enactment of the By-Law; 6. THAT Council authorize a grant in the amount of $19,874.88 to be funded by the Tax Rate Stabilization Reserve; and 7. THAT Council approve administrative amendments to By-Law 161-2022, A Municipal Capital Facilities By-Law for Municipal Housing Project Facili
