THAT Council move into closed session to consider: 1) Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board regarding personnel matters; 2) Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees related to personnel matters; 3) Labour relations or employee negotiations related to personnel matters; Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) (d) and (e) of the Municipal Act.

THAT the comment from the audience be received.

THAT the resignation of Councillor Braney as alternate Head of Council and from the Emergency Management Program Committee be received; THAT Councillor Branderhorst be appointed to act in the place of the Head of Council for declaring an emergency when the head of Council is absent or refuses to act, or if the office is vacant; and THAT Councillor Branderhorst be appointed to the Emergency Management Program Committee.
