THAT the Chief Administrative Officer Employment agreement with the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in said agreement be approved; THAT the Mayor be directed to execute the agreement; and THAT a By-Law re-appointing Marcia Wallace, as the CAO be enacted at the April 25, 2023 Council meeting.
